The legal framework for our partnership with Global Ecom Solution
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Global Ecom Solution, including but not limited to Amazon PPC management, SEO, brand strategy, product launch support, and consultancy.
By choosing to work with us, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
1. Engagement & Scope of Work
When you choose to work with Global Ecom Solution, both parties will agree on:
- The Scope of Services (e.g., PPC Management, SEO, Keyword Research, Product Strategy, etc.)
- Timeframes and Milestones
- Project Deliverables
- Communication Channels and Expectations
All work begins only after upfront payment is received, as outlined in Section 2.
2. Upfront Payment Policy
- We operate on a 100% upfront payment model for all new clients and project-based work.
- Payment must be made in full before any service delivery begins.
- Monthly retainers (for ongoing services like PPC or brand management) must be paid in advance of the billing cycle.
- No exceptions will be made unless specified in writing and mutually agreed upon.
This policy allows us to allocate dedicated resources, tools, and time to your brand from day one, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted execution.
3. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include:
All financial details are treated with strict confidentiality and processed through secure channels.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing and strategy services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
- Work has not started
- A material breach of agreement has occurred on our end
- Both parties mutually agree in writing to terminate services
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to finance@globalecomsolution.com and will be reviewed within 7 business days.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful collaboration, clients must:
- Provide timely access to Amazon Seller Central (if required)
- Share relevant brand assets (product listings, A+ Content, images, past reports)
- Be available for strategy calls, feedback loops, and performance reviews
- Cooperate with any data requests (e.g., campaign history, keyword performance)
Delays or non-cooperation from the client may affect project timelines or outcomes — in such cases, Global Ecom Solution cannot be held responsible for reduced performance or missed targets.
6. Intellectual Property
All creatives, strategies, campaigns, and reports generated during the course of service:
- Remain the intellectual property of Global Ecom Solution until full payment is received
- Upon payment, assets directly related to the client's brand (e.g., ad copy, strategy decks, keyword research) become the client's property
- We reserve the right to showcase anonymized results and data in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential, including:
- Brand performance data
- Login credentials
- Market strategies and creative briefs
- Any proprietary or sensitive business information
We will never disclose your data or trade secrets to third parties without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we use proven strategies and tools, Global Ecom Solution cannot guarantee specific results due to market variables beyond our control (e.g., competition, algorithm updates, seller performance, inventory issues).
We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue resulting from seller-side issues
- Account suspensions due to compliance violations outside our scope
- Platform-specific changes by Amazon or third-party services
Our responsibility is limited strictly to services and deliverables outlined in the agreed scope of work.
9. Service Termination
Both parties reserve the right to terminate services with a 15-days written notice. In such cases:
- Work completed until the date of termination will be invoiced
- Any remaining prepaid amount (not used in services) will be assessed for partial refund or rollover credit
- Access credentials and assets must be revoked/returned accordingly
10. Modifications to Terms
Global Ecom Solution reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and effective immediately. Continued engagement implies acceptance.
